pdfhubb processes the files you upload solely to perform the action you request (merging, converting, compressing, and so on). We don't review, analyze, or use the content of your documents for any other purpose.

Uploaded files and generated results are held in temporary object storage for no more than one hour. A cleanup job runs every 15 minutes, so deletion can occur sooner or shortly after that one-hour expiry.

We process basic technical information, such as IP address and request timing, to operate security controls, diagnose failures, and enforce fair-use limits. Contact-form details are used only to respond to the submitted enquiry.
